Ms. Minnerly has been in the commercial real estate business for 29 years, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and R&D properties in the Greater Boston South Suburban Region. Ms. Minnerly averages over 50 sales and leasing transactions representing over 1,000,000 square feet annually. Prior to returning to NAI Hunneman Commercial Company (after 13-year history) as a principal, she was at Cushman & Wakefield for seven years.
Background & Experience
In 2001 and 2015, Ms. Minnerly was the Top Commercial Broker for NAI Hunneman, and was NAI Hunneman’s leader in transactions volume from 1996 to 2001. AEW Management of Boston named her U.S. Industrial Leasing Agent of the Year in 1996. Ms. Minnerly is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Commercial Broker Association and was named by it one of the Top 5 Industrial Brokers in 2001 and 2003. Ms. Minnerly was awarded the Top Industrial Deal of The Year in 2002 and ranked among Boston’s Top 25 Brokers by CoStar Group, based on 2003 leasing transaction volume. In 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015 & 2016 CoStar named her a Boston Power Broker based on leasing & sale transaction volume. In 2005, the Boston Herald named Ms. Minnerly one of the “Top 10 Women Brokers in Boston”. In 2015, Ms. Minnerly was named a “Woman of Influence” by the Boston Business Journal. In 2015, Ms. Minnerly was awarded the Commercial Brokers Association’s Community Impact Award for her involvement in the 77.3 acre sale to Amazon for their 1.1 million-square-foot distribution center at South Coast Park. She was also awarded the CBA Industrial Deal of the Year for her involvement in the 115 acre sale to Martignetti for their 680,000 SF headquarters and distribution center at Myles Standish Park.
