Bruce Boxer joins NAI Shames Makovsky with over 30 years of corporate real estate experience. Bruce provides expertise to his clients from both a construction and real estate strategy perspective. Having worked as a senior leader for national retailers, he has expert local and national market knowledge and understands the tenant-specific approval process by coordinating strategic planning, LOI negotiation, site packaging and deal presentation to corporate real estate committees.

Bruce’s solid real estate and construction background has propelled his career to lead teams as a senior leader in the role of Vice President of Real Estate for Arby’s, Chase Bank and Qdoba. He has also directed regional expansion efforts for Ultimate Electronics, Boston Market and Burger King. Bruce has also represented significant retail programs during his career including: Cost Plus World Market, Shoe Carnival, The Vitamin Shoppe, Road Runner Sports, T-Mobile, Texas Roadhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings and Starbucks in select markets.

Bruce’s real estate career, has been distinguished by his versatility and high production in the core disciplines of store rollout, tenant representation, institutional product leasing and land acquisition.
