BRIAN FLEMING is a Senior Associate with NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. serving commercial real estate owners and tenants in the office, retail and industrial markets throughout South Florida including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Businesses of every type call on him to resolve issues related to property sales and leasing, corporate locations, tenant representation, and investment opportunities. He stands behind his recommendations with logical property valuations and thorough market research.
Brian is experienced in healthcare properties including sales and leasing; corporate locations; tenant and owner representation assignments; investment opportunities in warehouse properties; market research including retail feasibility studies; retail void analysis; and CRE broker valuations.
Background & Experience
Brian began his career in the pharmaceutical industry in 1979 quickly rising to a top producing cardiovascular representative for Marion Laboratories based in Kansas City, MO. It was during his tenure with Marion Laboratories that Brian's interest in commercial real estate began.
After departing the pharmaceutical industry he entered public service and served as project director for the Commissioner Representing Employers on the Texas Employment Commission. Brian also served the American Arbitration Association as regional business development representative and as a consultant with an employee benefits firm while living in Dallas, Texas.
Brian returned to the commercial real estate industry in 2003 first with the Keyes Company as a commercial associate and later joining KW Commercial's South Florida brokers serving both owners and users in the office, retail and warehouse markets.
