Brian specializes in the acquisition and disposition of large multifamily complexes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He is considered by his peers to be an expert in this segment of the market and has listed or sold more large multiunit projects than any other broker on the Coast. Additional market segments in which Brian has proven success and experience are hospitality to include casino/hotels, retail, industrial and land sales.
Background & Experience
Brian has an extensive backround in real estate brokerage, development and business. He was licensed as a Real Estate Broker in California and began practicing in 1982. He operated his own brokerage there for nearly 10 years. He has been licensed as a Broker in Mississippi since 1991. His extensive business career involved residential and commercial real estate development and he has held positions as partner, corporate officer and CEO in private and publicly held casino companies. Brian represents two of the largest banks in the region for the disposition of their REO commercial properties. He is a member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors' Top Producer Club, winning the Platinum Commercial Award for 2011, 2012 and 2014 for top commercial sales production and the prestigious Diamond Award for the highest dollar volume in commercial sales on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 2012.
