Scope of Service Experience
Brendan is a recent graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Shortly thereafter, he worked in the corporate office of Jack in The Box, assisting with their extensive real estate holdings portfolio where he was responsible for approximately 1,000,000 square feet of their retail and office holdings. Prior to joining NAI San Diego as an associate he worked for a leading investment sales firm, focusing on investment properties and personally assisted with the acquisition and disposition of 20 Million dollars of commercial real estate assets during his time at the firm. Now part of a team including one of the senior brokers at NAI San Diego, Brendan is responsible for procuring new assignments and servicing some of the firm’s largest clients both locally and nationally. He handles leasing, acquisitions and dispositions where he utilizes his past career experience to assist and advise his clients. Brendan’s extensive investment and corporate background provides a unique perspective for his clients in analyzing real estate opportunities and determining the best course of action to maximize their return on investment. Brendan is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the real estate industry and believes that treating his clients’ properties as if they were his own is the best way to ensure that he exceeds their expectations and create long lasting partnerships in the field of his expertise.
Background & Experience
Brendan is a San Diego native with roots in Downtown and enjoys an active lifestyle while outside of the office. His hobbies include golfing, snowboarding, basketball, eating at new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. He is currently working towards receiving his CCIM designation to further his already strong presence in the industry
