Strategic Relationships: Members, Vendors, Alliances, Service Providers, Associations
Executive Leadership: Executive Committee, Coordination Council, Members Leadership Board, Principals, Directors, Managers
Strategy Development and Execution: Revenue Generation (Network to Broker, Broker to Broker, Aligned Relationships); Member Retention and Platform Value Strategies
Marketing, Meetings & Events: Creative, Program/Content Development, Negotiations
Ms. Formosa serves as a bridge between NAI Global and Members. She is part of the team that develops strategic plans and serves as a driver in building the steps to realize the mission through effective implementation. She effectively unites individuals to focus on a variety of priorities while blending Corporate and Member involvement and perspective to assure results meet the needs of the Network at large.
Corporately, Ms. Formosa drives initiatives where she has proven an ability to breathe life into pursuits. Working closely with departmental leaders on a cadre of goals the team continuously develops, implements and evolves systems that breed accountability and higher standards of excellence.
Background & Experience
Ms. Formosa joined NAI Global in 1995. From that time to this she has held positions of increasing responsibility. Formosa has provided leadership to corporate services, account management, transaction management, marketing, communications, meetings, events, administration, councils, boards and more.
Prior to joining NAI Global, Ms. Formosa held a variety of diverse positions that helped ready her for the stimulating and challenging responsibilities she has enjoyed as part of the entrepreneurial NAI Global enterprise.
