Background & Experience
Started a Servpro franchise in NH and developed it into the largest grossing franchise in the United States. Developed Team New Hampshire by guiding and consulting on a continuous basis with seven start-up franchises with no business experience, bringing each from a one man one truck company to multi-million dollar profitable businesses.
Experienced in the Real Estate Development process-from basisc issues to the complex ideas and execution of plans, including the permitting process. Participated in the permitting and building of two office buildings at Pease International Tradeport and various other projects in the Seacoast area.
