Scope of Service Experience
In August 2015, Beau teamed up with Senior Broker Robin Tyler to engage in all areas of commercial real estate brokerage including office, industrial, tenant representation and investment management. Being a native of Greensboro, Beau knows the community well and has a wealth of connections within the area, which helps him facilitate results for tenants, landlords and investors alike. Beau is eager to work hard for his clients and to get the deal done whether it is in the form of leasing, acquisition, or disposition.
Background & Experience
After graduating from college in 2002, Beau returned home to work for a family import lumber business. As a part of sourcing hardwoods from around the world, Beau became familiar with commercial warehousing, industrial lease structures, land acquisition and development which lead to his desire to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Beau has worked with tenants looking for office, industrial and retail space by advising them on the different options available in the Triad area which best match their real estate needs. He has also been on the opposite side of the table helping landlords by making their properties competitive in the market and advising them on tenant selection. Beau has also worked with commercial real estate investors on their holdings by adding value to their properties by giving his undivided, personal attention and also by identifying new real estate opportunities for the investors' portfolios.
