April has administrated the financial operations, maintenance, capital improvements, tenant relations, and owner relations for over approximately 2 million square feet of commercial property, and recently spent approximately 3.5 years managing Class A, Retail, and Industrial properties. In addition to a history of managing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties, she has assisted in managing several property management teams, including onboarding and training.
