Scope of Experience

Anne Kilcoyne, CPM, (Certified Property Manager) is a licensed real estate agent and has been active in the commercial real estate field since 1986. Kilcoyne specializes in the property management and leasing of office and retail projects throughout Central Kentucky. Kilcoyne attended the University of Kentucky focusing on Business Management and Accounting.

Background & Experience

After joining NAI Isaac in 1996, she served as Director of Property Management until 2007, overseeing in excess of 1.2 million square feet of retail, industrial and office properties. After that time Anne focused on the leasing and management of office and retail properties as a part of NAI Isaac’s Receivership Asset Management Team. In January 2021, Kilcoyne received a promotion to Assistant Vice President of Property Management to recognize her property management accomplishments in service to the company’s clients and operations. Kilcoyne is now responsible for administering the company’s property management portfolio in excess of 3.4 million square feet with the entire property management team.

Education

Kilcoyne attended the University of Kentucky focusing on Business Management and Accounting.

Professional Associations & Designations

Kilcoyne served as the Kentucky State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC®) for 2009 - 2012. She has been actively involved as a member, serving as co-chair for the annual Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange for 2007 – 2009 and as Kentucky State Operations Chair 2003 – 2006. Kilcoyne achieved the CPM designation in 2002. Kilcoyne served as the local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Chapter President in 2003 and 2004 and is currently serving as Chapter Secretary.

She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Lexington, Kentucky based First Federal Bank.
