Scope of Service Experience
Ann Crocker is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 27 years of commercial real estate property management experience and leasing in the Houston and Dallas markets. Ann oversees the daily operations of a portfolio comprised of office buildings and industrial warehouses for multiple owners. She brings proven leadership and experience to provide owners with an honesty and integrity in all business transactions that protect their investments and promote tenant retention.

Her customer service skills and sense of value to her clients and tenants is exemplary and she provides an even higher standard when dealing with vendor relationships. Her duties include day-to-day operations, financial reporting, tenant relations, construction management, renovation and tenant improvements, as well as the direct supervision of administrative and engineering staff. Ann’s strength is a deep-seeded passion to do the best job possible for both her clients and tenants.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Partners, she worked for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handling the Houston real estate portfolio for Zurich, CBRE on the Bank of America account, Transwestern on the Whitehall account for Goldman Sachs, RS Property Management, B & N Texas Properties, Pacifica Companies, and Harvard Property Advisors. Over her twenty-seven years in Houston commercial real estate; she was responsible for the management of several high rise office buildings, medical office buildings, federal facilities for the GSA, banks, tier two data centers, the Harris County cash vault for the Bank of America and portfolios of industrial and office buildings in multiple cities.

Ann has handled construction projects that exceeded $3,000,000 in a single project that included the complete renovation of a Class A building lobby, all elevator lobbies, ADA restrooms, new chiller replacements, asbestos remediation project, new roofs, a davit installation, complete exterior landscaping refurbishments, garages and numerous other projects. Additionally, she was successful in leasing 108,000 square feet in one year and increasing the operating income to the owner by 52% at that one property and increasing the occupancy for 3 buildings from 42% occupancy to 100% occupancy in one year on another.
Professional Associations & Designations
Ann is active in both Houston BOMA and the Houston Chapter of IREM. She is a CPM Candidate and has completed all of the required IREM courses, passed the test and is in the process of completing her Management Plan. She has a Texas Real Estate Salespersons License, and was the Diplomat of the Year for the Greenspoint Chamber of Commerce.
