Scope of Service Experience
Andrew D. Sternberg joined NAI Horizon in Tucson in April 2017 as a Vice President. His primary areas of responsibility include sales, leasing and investment services. Andrew specializes in exclusive representation and negotiation for multiple commercial uses with a focus on office, medical, land, and investment properties. He also handles the exclusive marketing of existing commercial projects, land, and new developments.
Background & Experience
With over 18 year experience as a commercial real estate broker in Southern Arizona, Andrew has negotiated more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate sales and leases with a gross value of more than $250 million. Major clients include West Coast Capital Partners, Vestar, Diamond Ventures, NCH Corporation, Holualoa Arizona, Carondelet Medical Group, the University of Arizona, Allstate Insurance, MetLife Home and Auto, Farmers Insurance Group, Arizona Community Physicians, Richmond American Homes, Tucson Embedded Systems and multiple local medical practices.
A graduate from the University of Arizona, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Regional development. He holds an Arizona Real Estate License and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
