Background & Experience
Andy McCaw is an Orlando native and has been active in Central Florida commercial real estate since 1985. Mr. McCaw’s single focus is on serving the needs of local, regional and national corporate tenants and buyers. Client services include new lease or purchase negotiations, lease renewal negotiations, expansion of space, lease financial analysis and disposal of surplus commercial space either by sublease or lease buyout.
Andy has successfully completed hundreds of office building sale and lease transactions totaling 3.90 million square feet exceeding $475 million in transactional value.
Andy brings proven experience in delivering real estate solutions to companies of all types and sizes with a focus on strategic planning, cost effective solutions in workspace efficiency, reducing real estate occupancy costs and he brings an error free real estate process to the client.
A fundamental part of Mr. McCaw’s strategy and core beliefs involves the avoidance of any potential conflicts of interest. He chooses not to represent building landlords. Most of his career has been committed to eliminating conflicts between the interest of his clients and the spaces they occupy.
As a tenant advocate, Andy is in essence a partner devoted to the success of his client’s bottom line.
