Background & Experience
Andrew joined NAI San Diego in July 2011 as a Vice President with a strong background in advising private and institutional investors with the acquisition, disposition, development and evaluation of investment grade real estate in Southern California for 19 plus years. Prior to joining NAI San Diego, Andrew worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial (2007-2011) where he focused on Multi-Family and Investment properties that ranged from industrial and mix-use REO properties to in-fill residential development sites. In addition Andrew worked on SRO properties in the Downtown San Diego market.
Before joining CBC, Andrew worked at Colliers International (1998-2006) in San Diego where he specialized in working both multi-family and residential land sales in Southern California. In addition Andrew closed 3 large multi-family deals in Oklahoma and Nevada (493 units total). Rancon Real Estate (1993-1996), began in Commercial Real Estate specializing in Office leasing and sales in the San Diego Coastal market, Rookie of the Year 1993.
Andrew studied International Relations at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.
