Scope of Service Experience
Andrew is focusing on tenant and building representation for both existing clients and those newly engaged by the firm. He is a member of the senior team of Barry Mayer and Arthur Hixson. Andrew is overseeing all aspects of client relationships including marketing, leasing and sales in the greater Northern New Jersey marketplace. Primary focus will be both the office and industrial product sectors.
Background & Experience
Andrew‘s background includes over fifteen years with the TargetCast TCM, Inc. and Carat USA. He was responsible for advising many Fortune-500 client’s on how to best achieve their company goals while strategically pitching their products to the public thru in-house and external media campaigns. Andrew’s clients included firms such as Expedia.com, Hotels.com, 1-800-Flowers.com, NYLife, TIAA-CREF, and others.
Previous to joining NAI James E. Hanson Andrew worked for a short time with Mack Morris Realty, LLC. Based on the location and smaller scope of the firm, he decided to join NAI James E. Hanson. Andrew is working out of the Parsippany office in conjunction with the seasoned team of Barry Mayer and Arthur Hixson.
