Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Kaeyer has over twenty years of combined real estate finance and investment sales experience. His responsibilities with NAI Hunneman's Capital Markets Group include debt placement, structured investments and loan/equity acquisitions.

Mr. Kaeyer’s experience exceeds $1.6 billion in capital origination, which provides a well rounded financing perspective and a broad capital markets understanding to NAI Hunneman Capital Markets Group and its clients. In addition to raising capital, Mr. Kaeyer has advised clients in the acquisition and disposition of performing, sub-performing and non-performing mortgage loans totaling in excess of $500 million.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, Mr. Kaeyer was a Senior Real Estate Analyst in the Boston office of Holliday, Fenoglio Fowler, LP. During his eight year tenure with the firm, Mr. Kaeyer was involved in the placement of more than $900 million in debt, equity and structured finance transactions with 43 different capital sources.
Education
Mr. Kaeyer has an undergraduate degree from Marietta College where his studies focused on economics and finance.
