Background & Experience
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Allen has made a splash in the Nashville commercial real estate scene. In his first two years at NAI Nashville he closed over $25 Million in transactions and during his third year with NAI Allen closed the single largest deal since NAI Nashville's inception in 2011. His expertise includes senior housing investments, retail investments, site selection, development and leasing. His team is formed to capture most projects of any kind in the Middle Tennessee market.
Allen graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville where he is a native. Upon graduation he worked as a bank auditor for top 10 public accounting firm Crowe Horwath. That experience opened up the accounting operations manager role for him at Truxton Trust (formerly Nashville Bank & Trust). Exposure to the real estate finance industry during the Great Recession gave Allen a trained sense for quality deals in commercial real estate as well as unleashing his passion for the industry.
In his free time Allen still enjoys the game of baseball. He founded the Lower Antioch Dodgers Mens team. The Dodgers have made it to the championship game their first two years in existence winning the 2nd trip. Allen is also co-founder of Major League Mind which is a training resource for amateur baseball players to have acces to Major League Baseball content on the mental game.
A graduate of Lipscomb University, Allen was a 4 year letterman in baseball and obtained joint-degrees as a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy.
