Background & Experience
Albert ‘s practice specializes in solving leasing problems for mid-sized companies, non-profits, as well as commercial property owners in the Midtown Grand Central Sub-Market.
In his brokerage career, Albert has successfully advised organizations including the Association of American University Presses (AAUP), National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), Reichenbach Restaurant Group, Private Equity International (PEI) Media, Inc., Gildea & Ivanis, and 28-32 Herald Properties LLC, in direct leasing as well as subleasing of excess office and retail spaces.
Prior to joining HSP, Albert headed his family’s restaurant business and represented his family’s Manhattan real estate portfolio.
Albert is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and is often asked to speak about the challenges facing entrepreneurs and small businesses in NYC. His comments have appeared on the NY Daily News, CNBC, and DNA Info. He has particpated on related discussion panels for his local community board and currently serves on the board of the Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District.
