Adam D. Roth, CCIM, SIOR is an Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman and specializes in industrial real estate including land assemblage and development, building sales and tenant representation. As a Director of NAI Global Logistics, Adam focuses on providing real estate and supply chain solutions to distribution and warehouse companies throughout the world on matters including corporate relocation, site search analysis, build-to-suit alternatives, acquisition, disposition and leasing services.
Adam has assisted clients such as Walmart, North Avenue Logistics, Envirotest, Woodland Windows, USAA Realty, Mirvac Industrial Trust, Metal Express, Devicor Medical, Quality Express, Astro Tool, G-3 Enterprises, Prologis, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, IDI Gazeley, Keating Resources, Northern Builders, TCB Development, TA Realty, Liberty Property Trust, DCT Industrial Trust, TIAA, J.P. Morgan, Distribution Realty Group, and CenterPoint Properties.
Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Adam worked in the logistics industry for over 10 years. His
tenure included 6 years with Roadway Express and was responsible for Midwest business development at Transplace, a supply chain solutions provider. Currently he is serving as the 2016 Chapter President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), is a board member of the Will County Center for Economic Development and is actively involved with the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
For over a decade, Adam has been published in a variety of real estate periodicals concerning Hours of Service, Foreign Trade Zones, Port Capacity and North American Transportation Capacity. He has also served as keynote speaker at a variety of industry organizations and events including World Trade’s 2014 Logistics Development Forum, Will County’s Real Estate Forecast in 2006-2007, and at the DePaul University Student Real Estate Organization (REO) series. Mr. Roth has been engaged as an expert witness for an intermodal development in the State of Illinois and is involved with the Ray Graham Association, a charitable organization for people with disabilities.
