Brad has directed such transactions as: * 159,000 SF lease transaction with Murphy Warehouse Company * 140,000 SF built-to-suit for Central Container Corporation * 120,000 SF lease transaction with GE Capital Information Technology Solutions * 105,000 SF lease transaction with Cokem International Ltd. * 95,000 SF lease transaction with Phonak, Inc. * 70,000 SF lease transaction with CNS, Inc. * 31,000 SF lease transaction with Schwan's Consumer Brands North America Brad represented Lectec Corporation in the sale and lease back of their corporate headquarters. In addition to identifying the buyer, Brad negotiated the terms of both the sale and the lease back to the complete satisfaction of Lectec Corporation. Additionally, Brad represented ETS Direct, Inc., a national distributor of first run films to movie theaters, with their national distribution center network.
