| Ron brings more than 30 years of finance, accounting and business analysis to the table. He has worked as an auditor, business consultant, an accounting service provider and taught accounting at the university level. Ron, a former partner with a major multi-nation accounting firm, has lived in Boise, Dallas, Chicago and Manhattan while completing a variety of projects throughout the world. Ron's activities have included: building client relationships; assessments of financial and management reporting, technology, processes and people with related solutions; deal structuring; pricing; legal issues; and quality assurance.
Ron is an active real estate investor, with a portfolio consisting of both commercial and residential properties. He has developed, for his own account, a condominium project from start to finish, and is currently developing an infill project in Boise. Real estate financing activities include land and construction financing, and investments via self directed IRA accounts. |
