| James Lannon is currently the General Manager of the Wrigley Building in Chicago. Jim has experienced managing and leasing a wide variety of properties in both the downtown and suburban office market including operational start-up, redevelopment strategies and repositioning strategies for existing properties.
Jim has over 30 years of asset management and leasing experience in commercial office properties. In addition, he has related experience in managing large capital projects, operating budgets, capital budgets and leasing, marketing and tenant improvement budgets. In addition to his experience in operational procedures and financial accountability, he is knowledgeable in building systems, security, environmental issues, roofing, mechanical systems and real estate taxes. Jim has managed properties that vary in size from 125,000 rentable square feet to 1.4 million rentable square feet. He has managed properties or performed operational consulting services for IBM Corporation, Tribune Company, Advocate Healthcare Systems and the private entrepreneur. |
