Office Sale, Lease, Investment and Acquisition Transactions Randy S. Matusoff is a commercial real estate broker in the South Bay office of NAI Capital. Since 1987, Randy has represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in various types of commercial real estate transactions including REO sales, trust sales, lease terminations, lease renewals, relocations, subleases, site analysis, and feasibility studies. Randy has achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. Less than five percent of the commercial real estate brokers in the United States hold both these designations. Since joining NAI Capital, Randy has increased NAI Capital’s presence in the South Bay office market and was the Top Producer in the South Bay branch December 2008 and one of the top three brokers company wide August 2009. Randy has served in the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter as Program Chair, Vice President and President Elect. Prior to joining NAI Capital, Randy sold and leased commercial properties at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services where he received numerous Salesmen of the Month awards and the prestigious President’s Club award three years in a row. Randy was ranked 6th in sales among all agents at DAUM before his employment at NAI Capital. |
